Initial Visit
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to meet the staff and complete your health history information. Your initial visit will consist of a thorough examination, charting of your existing dental work and periodontal status, evaluation of any problems, and x-rays we may conider necessary to determine your needs. Before any services are undertaken, we will estimate the cost of the complete treatment and discuss financial arrangements with you.
Appointments
We deliver our dental care on an appointment basis. We recognize that emergency situations can arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. However, we do ask that you call the office as early in the day as possible. Effective time management makes our treatment more efficient, so we request promptness for your appointments.
Broken appointments are costly, therefore we appreciate the courtesy of a 48 hour cancellation notice. this will allow us to give your appointment time to another patient. All broken appointments without proper notification are subject to a charge.
